Independent Sales Broker

Location: Remote (FL) or In-Office (Sarasota) | Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

• Flexible, independent contractor role – set your own hours!

Location: In-Office (Sarasota, FL) | Compensation: Hourly + Commission + Bonuses

• In-office position with consistent hours (10-20 hours/week)

• Competitive hourly wage + commission + incentives

• Access to 25+ carriers and full systems/training

• Growth opportunities within the agency

• Must hold a valid 440 License (or willing to get 440 license)

• Vietnamese language skills preferred
